    Hello internet! Here's some animated gifs that I made a loooooong time ago, feel free to use them as pfps, as I made them exactly for that.

    So a small story about each of them. I created Mondo's and Byakuya's when I was still playing DR1, Mondo's I made in one day so it looks kinda choppy and the consistency of his face is all over the place, but honestly I just wanted to pass the time and draw his beautiful eyelashes/eyeliner LOL. I was going for the comic book style of the Closing Arguments, and I think it turned out quite nice for something made in just one lazy afternoon.

    As for Byakyua, I put more effort on him, it took me one week to finish. Why did it take so long you ask?? Idk. I was travelling when I made him and had a lot of free time so I wanted to spend as much time as possible on him, that's why the canvas is not only bigger, but also his movements a bit more intricate, plus I did my best to make sure his proportions stayed consistent. I don't even like Byakuya that much LOL but he turned out great (also everyone that I showed him to thought he was a girl XD).

    OH LOOK IT'S OZEN, she's not even from danganronpa what the hell is she doing here?? So I made her as a gift for a friend and he allowed me to post it on my socials so it's all good. I did like Made In Abyss but I don't really call myself a fan, still a great anime totally worth a watch.

THE GANG! For wallpaper!! (Spoilers)

    Hello internet! It took a while but I finally got the courage to post this artwork at its highest resolution lol. I made it with the intent of being being used as wallpaper! So feel free to use it. For this artwork I was still suffering high levels of Danganronpa brainrot and wanted to waste that energy on something really big, and came up with the idea of drawing the entire cast.  The entire thing took about one week to finish.

    At this time I was also rediscovered PowapowaP's music (rest in peace), and the style/limited colors was inspired by two of his songs. 

    The colors of this version are inspired by "Strobe Light", while this song hadn't made a strong presence in my childhood, its other version called "Strobe Last" surely did. I remember listening to it along side other 2 or 3 other random songs downloaded on my phone. It's such an unique sounded song, unlike anything I've listened to before at that time.

    For this one I took the colors from "Year 3 Class C-14, Chiyoko Kubozono's Joining of the Cabinet" (oof what a mouthful ik). I actually discovered this one quite "recently" (around 3 years ago ig) and it turned into an instant favorite, it has this happy, energetic yet somewhat sad tune, is hard to explain but it sounds like someone trying their best to retain optimistic despite being so tired of doing so for so long and in reality they just wanna give up.
 

    Uhhh, so anyways, here it is! I don't know if I'm ever making a version with the DR2 cast, I plan to, but not sure if I will. Also, my favorite part was drawing the rocket in the background, Taka-chan and Celeste are my favorite both came out absolutely adorable.

     Hello internet! I made another video! This time is an original short animation, took me around one week to finish it.

    You see the idea behind the animation was that I wanted to crate something dramatic and "professional" looking, as well as an experiment on shading/lighting effects in After Effects. Tell you the truth this wasn't even supposed to be a video, just a collection of 4 drawings, then one day I saw the "nobody's coming to help us!" bit in a Sayaka Maizono video compilation, and eureka! A video idea was born. There was no script, no planning, nothing, I was just figuring everything out as I edited.

    Ngl this was very fun to do, and I'm satisfied with the result. So here's the art featured in the video without any filters!:

Estryllia Enhillia's Kyoko and Makoto

    Okay tell you the truth this drawing is actually unfinished, I didn't plan anything after putting the base colors so just to make it look Finished I shaded and added an abstract background and called it a day. Man, this is why I hate just jumping into an idea without proper planning, I always get in a dead end not knowing what to do next once I get to a certain part.

    Anyway, one day I was scrolling through Pinterest and found these really fancy designs, turned out they're from a clothing line collab with  Estryllia Enhillia, never heard of them before but wow the clothes are absolutely stunning, and when I saw Kyoko's dress I was like "I need to draw this" and so I did and it was painful. Her dress is extremely detailed but I wasn't expecting to be that hard to draw, I'm very satisfied with the end result at least. (And yes, the focus on this drawing is Kyoko's dress, I wanted to make a dynamic pose that really showed her floaty frills and semi-transparent fabric)

    Also, thanks to drawing now I'm obsessed with the idea of Makoto holding a golden gun, it just looks real badass. His shoes were also fun to make.

Genocider's Paranoia

    Hello internet! So here's another post! This drawing was actually done way back in 2023, when I was still on my first playthrough, I was first planning to post it on my steam profile buuuuuut I took too long to actually do it so which resulted in never posting it anywhere lol. 

    I was inspired by the song "BUG" by Kairiki Bear for this one, absolutely love that song and listened to it on repeat as well as covers when drawing, and I'm pretty proud of this piece! The shading and everything turned out perfect, line-working took an eternity tho lemme tell ya.

    While I don't think the song has anything to do with Toko/Jack, I just wanted to draw her in the style of the music video because the character was also holding scissors XD.

ABANDON ALL HOPE

    Chapter 5 was so metal and absurd that inspired me to make some very dramatic art lol. I wanted it to look like a heavy metal CD cover, tho I must confess I got kinda lazy with literally everything else after rendering the face, and you totally notice. The Usami sticker came out amazing tho! Very proud of it, and it wasn't ever that hard to draw. While drawing it I listened to Utsu-P and BabyMetal to erally get in the heavy metal vibe yk, and honestly, I got a liking for it! It's very high energy and makes me wanna SCREEEEEEE-

    The Japanese reads: "Super Dangan Ronpa 2: Farewell Despair Academy", it's just the Japanese title of the game.

    Hello again dear blog, so after my previous posts I kinda realized that I really enjoy writing walls of texts and just blabbering about whatever’s on my mind, so it might be possible I turn this blog into not only an artwork gallery, but a personal diary as well! (Although not as personal as an actual diary). So for today’s post, behold! A Danganronpa character tier list and my personal thoughts on each and every one of them! Because my Dangan fever has not gone down just yet. Furthermore, it’s been a while since I’ve played the first game, so my memory is a bit hazy.

    Before we start I would like to say that I ADORE EVERYONE!! I love every single character and I see a bit of myself in every single one, so just because one is lower than the other doesn’t really mean I don’t like them, heck even the ones I have bad opinions on I like them to a certain extent. I think everybody deserves to be loved and appreciated!

    Also, since I didn't want this post to just be a loooong wall of text, I drew custom icons for the entire gang! So even if you don't want to read the content you can at least look at the pretty pictures :> Tho I got as bit lazy near the end

    So without further a do! Here we go!

    ✦ Kiyotaka Ishimaru

    Taka Taka Taka. The last time I felt so depressed over a fictional character’s death was in Devilman Crybaby back in 2019. I still remember going through the investigation and class trial with tears on my face, and sometimes I felt so bad I had to pause for a few minutes. That night I went to bed feeling nothing but denial. Very funny considering I thought he was gonna be one of my least favorites for interrupting my convo with Sayaka in the prologue (still mad about that, bro got no manners smh)

    Before anything, let’s talk design. One of my favorites in the game, the black (which is actually more of a deep shade of purple) and white combo with red and gold as accent colors and the color distribution is simply perfect. His uniform is entirely white, but thanks to the knee-high boots his appearance is not totally overwhelmed by white. Also, his hair is the same color as his boots, so black is present on both ends (top and bottom!). Man I love that they’re the same colorrrrrrr I just think it unites everything so welllllll.

    And those big piercing red eyes, soooo intense! Red is naturally a very eye-catching color, and adding to the fact the eyes are so big just increases the “drawn to them” factor. Big eyes usually are a visual way to represent youth and innocence as well, very fitting for him I should say (although almost everyone has big eyes in this franchise so It’s not a very unique argument lol). Taka’s eyes are drawn differently than everyone else’s too! Target logo looking-ass eyes.

    Okay, what I might say right now may be reaching, but Taka has red and white just like the colors of the Japan flag! A real patriot wears the colors of their country (yeah I know this is total bs because other characters have white/red too but I just needed to throw that out lol).

    By the way I suffer from this Mandela effect where I imagine Taka wearing white gloves, I know he doesn’t wear gloves, but my mind simply refuses to not include them.

    Now that design talk is over, let’s talk character. Talk about writing a character arc that went absolutely nowhere. I mean, why make poor Taka-chan go through a depressive state after chapter 2, “heal”, or “re-waken” (honestly it was more like falling deep in denial) as Kiyondo on chapter 3 just to die later???? To make me suffer??? Cuz if yes it worked I suffered a lot thanks game. Such useless and waste of potential.

    FIRST EVER OFFICIAL POST!!!

    For this special occasion I would like to share my brand new animation, since I'm still in my Danganronpa phase, I made a Junko animation lol.

    This year in college we're having After Effects classes, and it's been loads of fun! There's so much you can do like wow omg. So I decided to make this more to get familiar with the program, so it's not as polished as it would be if this was a more important project, took me around two weeks to finish it, plus with satisfied as is.

    Wow this is like, my first actually well-put-together animation meme! I've been watching animation memes since I was a kid and always wanted to make one, I mean, I did make two in the past, when I first got my Wacom tablet and started getting into digital drawing, but that was, what, 5 years ago??? Wow it was a long time alright, I also didn't have any fancy editing software aside Windows Movie Maker XDDD.
