Conditions & Terms of Service (IMPORTANT! MUST READ)
By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
I. GENERAL SERVICES
Please don't write a wall of text, be direct and clear. For a better result, provide good and detailed references.
I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE under any circumstance.
Harassment, threats, stalking, disparage, ridicule, scorn or any other ill behavior will not be tolerated, your commission will be canceled and you will not be allowed to commission me PERMANENTLY.
I DON’T draw:
- NSFW.
- Fetish art.
- Mecha.
- Other art styles.
- Muscular bodies.
- Gore. (unless it’s just blood splatters/stains)
- Things that preach hatred/controversial/political topics.
II. PAYMENT
Payment must be done upfront.
Payment via Paypal or Pix, currency in USD or BRL.
DO NOT send me any money before I contact you and confirm that I've accepted your request.
PLEASE REMEMBER to send extra money to pay the fee (if any).
III. CANCELATION / REFUNDING
I have the right to cancel and refund the money from your commission at any time.
If money has not been sent yet the artist has the right to cancel the commission.
You can cancel or demand a refund from the artist ONLY during the revision process. If you wish to cancel your commission afterwards, there will be no refunds.
IV. PROCESS / REVISION
There will be TWO (2) revisions during the process:
After the second revision any changes will NOT be made. The finished product will be sent to the costumer via their preferred contact.
- Early sketch: changes or cancellation with refund are allowed.
- Final sketch with base colors (if the commission contains coloring): changes or cancellation with 50% refund are allowed.
Waiting time: 2-3 weeks (may vary).
If the costumer wishes, then the commission can be private (not posted anywhere) free of charge.
V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. Therefore, I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
- Promote myself with in any place or site.
- To display it anywhere to my liking.
- Post it wherever I want.
The commissioner are allowed to:
- Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only.
- Print the art for personal use, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
- Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
- Alter or re-upload the artwork to your liking but still giving proper credit to the artist.
PLEASE SAVE THE ARTWORK. I will not be held responsible for lost or replaced artwork in my gallery.
Credit must be given under the name "Kandessa" with an optional link to any of my socials listed below or a tag (@):
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted. The following is considered Copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
- Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
- Removing any watermarks/signatures.
